Germany’s only university for sports studies that offers Bachelor’s, Master’s and post-grad courses. Students can also study to become teachers.

Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln
This music and dance college’s wide choice of Bachelor’s and Master’s courses includes dance, music education and song, as well as composing, directing and religious music. You can also study to be a music teacher here.

Kunsthochschule für Medien

Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn
One of Germany’s biggest universities with 28,000 students and nearly 100 courses. The main building is in a former royal residence, the rest of the premises are spread around Bonn. International research university with a high academic reputation.

Universität zu Köln
One of Europe’s oldest university campuses, founded in 1388. It closed during the Napoleonic Wars and reopened in 1919. It’s one of Germany’s biggest universities with about 37,000 students and 6 faculties.

A state-accredited college that has a good reputation for business studies courses. Internationally-oriented Bachelor’s, Master’s and Executive MBA courses.

Europäische Fachhochschule (EUFH) Brühl
The European University of Applied Sciences (EUFH) in Brühl is a state accredited private university that offers industry-specific Bachelors’ courses. Its dual studies model combines theory and practice in areas such as retail management, industrial management, logistics, finance and investment management as well as business information systems and sales engineering. Also practice-orientated Bachelor’s and Master’s programs.

Macromedia - Hochschule für Medien und Kommunikation
Founded only in 2006, this college has become a leader in media and communication studies. The Cologne faculty offers Bachelor’s courses in media management, journalism, media and design communication, as well as film and television.
